I previously worked as a lead product designer helping to build PolyAI’s conversational AI tooling, enabling our dialog designers, product managers and clients to build, analyse and continually improve their voice assistants.

I've designed experiences focusing on building assistants, analytics, lifecycle management, integrations, data transformation and more.
